So yeah, I'm a little in updating about National Convention for Kappa but that's ok. I had a great time down in Lexington, Kentucky. At first I didn't like being the only one from my chapter there but it got better as the week went on. I roomed with a brother from Toledo, Andy, who rocked and we took in two brothers from URI who were cool also. I enjoyed seeing the NED work as one and it always amazes me how well we get along with the diversity we have - we respect each other and work through everything together. It's an amazing sight. I had a lot of fun hanging out with the NED Brothers. I must also thank the Sisters from Syracuse for letting me tag along with them to the NIB concert :) I went out to dinner one night with the NCD - 30 people at Cheddars - I think we almost gave the waitstaff a heart attack until they realized they could sit us seperately as we knew that all 30 of us were not going to be able to sit together. It was an impressive gathering though I must say, 11 chapters represented in all - very cool. I hyped Northern Precincts alot at convention and hopefully some NCDers will come out. All in all it was a great week and not any controversial topics like last convention but that's okay - not all of them can be that fun ;) Can't wait for 2007 in Orlando - finally I will be there as an Alumni and not an Active - whoo! :) It's taken me long enough that's for sure...

*Edit* How could I forget! I finally got to meet luvtbs! We actually had talked throughout the week never knowing who each other was, lol. What a small world :)
